Description:

A boulder at the side of the road with a bronze plaque affixed to the front of it. The marker is situated in a strip of green with a couple of bushes on either side of it.

 

Wording:

Erected by the City of Dover, in memory of Lieut. Donald W. Libby who died in France in the service of his country October 5, 1918. Dedicated 1926.
