Description:

  1. Three sided bronze plaque sitting atop a concrete stand, the top of each panel bears the emblem of the City of Portsmouth, there are three columns of names on each plaque.
  2. Granite stone with a plaque inset into it, sitting on a granite slab in the ground.
  3. Granite stone approximately 3'x3' with a bronze plaque attached to the center. The stone is sitting in the ground on one side of the WWI memorial and across from the Civil War Monument.
