Description:
A large granite memorial standing approximately 5 feet tall, the height includes the horizontal granite base that the memorial/marker is standing upon. There is wording on two sides of the granite stone.
Wording:
Side 1: In honor of Edward Hilton, founder of Dover 1623, Father of New Hampshire, maker of the first road in the province. Marked by his descendents 1955.
Side 2: Memorial to Edward Hilton, Pioneer Settler 1623
